The ministry and missions Training Program is very practical so that students can put into practice what is learned in theory.  There is also a commitment from the staff to be actively involved in mentoring and guidance.  NLSOM is committed to cultivate an atmosphere of spiritual growth through personal devotions, corporate devotional meetings and pastoral mentoring groups.  We integrate the International School of Ministry (ISOM) curriculum in the program so that students are able to receive recognition through ISOM. Credit transfer options are also available at the Christian Leadership University (www.cluonline.com/transfer).
